Unless you're knowledgeable about CRON jobs on your web server, it may not be easily possible in J3. CRON jobs could be used to execute the publish/unpublish function for articles/modules on an ongoing scheduled basis.
If you need that functionality I'd recommend J4 (but support ends in Oct 2024), but J5 will remain supported for the next 2 years or so and has the Task Scheduler function.
